What areas do we serve?
We are located off M59 and are able to serve Northern Oakland County and surrounding areas.
How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our contact us page or via phone at 248-251-0650. Reservations are only guaranteed following confirmation of appointment, received deposit, and receipt of signed rental agreement.
Is delivery available?
Yes. Most of our rentals include delivery. If a delivery is outside of out area, a delivery charge may be included.
Do you setup equipment?
Tents will be setup and taken down. Tables and chairs will be dropped off and stacked in place. We can setup tables and chairs for an additional fee. Please make arrangements with us, in advance, to allow appropriate staffing. We are not responsible for damage of underground lines. Contact us for further questions.
What is the process for payment?
A down payment of 50% of your total rental is required upon booking. Rental equipment is not guaranteed until deposit and rental agreement is received.
Remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Cash and credit card payments accepted. No personal checks.
What happens after deposit is received?
Once your deposit is received your event date is reserved and on our schedule. One week prior to the event, we will contact you to ensure your order is correct and to discuss the delivery process. Delivery can often be done the night prior or the day of your event depending of locations of deliveries for your scheduled event.
What is your cancelation policy?
All orders canceled within:
30 days of rental date will have a 100% refund.
14 days prior to rental date, deposit will be withheld.
